Withdrawal Policy
1. YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
If you have purchased any delivery add-on services (related to the delivery of a parcel) that Instabee at any given time offers for purchase via the Instabee platforms, which for example may include the purchase of a designated delivery time slot, or a change to the day or method of delivery (e.g. a change from Box to Home), or if you have subscribed to a membership, in accordance with the Terms, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days following your purchase/subscription and cancel your purchase/subscription, even if you have already paid for it.
2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy, please send the withdrawal form provided below or write a clear message about your wish to withdraw to our customer support at the support page or at consumer@budbee.com, support@porterbuddy.com or info@instabox.se.
3. REIMBURSEMENT
3.1 Instabee will reimburse you no more than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw from your purchase/subscription in accordance with this policy.
3.2 Instabee will reimburse you through the same payment method you used for the purchase/subscription unless you agree to a different method.
4. VALIDITY
4.1 This Withdrawal Policy shall remain valid, binding, and effective until further notice.
4.2 We will keep this Withdrawal Policy under regular review, continuously updating it when deemed necessary. The latest version of this Withdrawal Policy will always be available on our websites.
